  The worst place I have even eaten staff didn't know the menu my family ordered two steak sandwiches one was so badly burnt you couldn't eat it and the other well I don't know what sort of steak they put on the roll but couldn't put your teeth through it was so tough and full of fat . Food was extremely slow coming out horrible experience and we will never go back I suspect the cook was probably only 14 or 15 if there going to charge people dear prices at least make the food eatable. SHAME

  Ordered a lunch special chicken wrap and a milk shake. Was told they had no milk...yes really! Waited 35 minutes for the wrap, asked for sauce upon the food arriving. Never arrived and saw the waitress I requested it from to be cleaning tables. Never going back!

  1 star is too generous for this place.
  How it manages to keep its doors open is beyond me. Overpriced, rude staff and disgusting food. Waited around 20 minutes for cutlery to be supplied whilst our food sat in front of us. Each time staff were asked they were sarcastic and rude. All of the steaks were overcooked and tiny. There was so little meat on the ribs and they were overloaded with sauce, 95% of the food was left on the table. Legitimately felt robbed as we walked out of the door. I have been to places before which I didn't like and regretted but this was on another level, it was that offensive.
