  Nice large store that offers cheaper range of furniture. I'm not sure about the quality and some things weren't that cheap.

  I've furnished most of my house with Fantastic Furniture and now doing a second round replacement. Tend to worry about the quality because it's all cheap, but I've never had an issue and it's all lasted years.

  I do not go in to the store in Tuggerah very often however when I do, i always recieve great service from the staff.
  
  Abby however, who was on shift yesterday (11/02) was certainly a stand out.
  From the minute she asked me if I would like any help to when we left, she was excellent and went above and beyond to assist.
  
  She has a wonderful attitude, more than happy to help and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
  
  She is genuinly an asset to the business & I will certainly return due to her service.
